Rommana Software is soliciting a limited number of companies to use Rommana in a project of any size under beta conditions.
Beta Site Privileges
Upon approval by Rommana Software, a Beta site project will receive the following benefits:
- Free license to use the full functionality of Rommana for one year for twenty concurrent (floating) users.
- Free technical support for one year.
- All project data will be transferred to a purchased copy of Rommana.
Beta Site Commitment
In consideration of receiving the above privileges as a beta site, the beta site project manager shall commit to the following:
- Use Rommana only on the project that was approved as a beta site project
- Inform Rommana Software of any changes in the project schedule or staffing, especially any change in the project management role.
- Use the Rommana Online Issue Handling Mechanism, provide feedback on issues encountered during the use of Rommana.
- Provide the Rommana support staff with periodic brief status reports of the project and expected completion date
- Provide a final report describing your experience with Rommana
- Provide a testimonial for the Rommana web site.
