Rommana free trial includes:
- License for 20 concurrent (floating) users for 6 months.
- Unlimited space to store project data for any size project and for any number of projects.
- Free online technical support for 6 months.
- Project data will be ported to a purchased license after the trial period.

Although you can download and install Rommana on a single user machine running Windows XP or Vista, Rommana is a server software that requires a Windows server operating system such as Windows 2003.
Server Requirements:
- A valid SMTP server for Rommana to send email notifications. This will be requested during the installation of Rommana. If the SMTP Server requires authentication, then the login user name and password will be required.
- Internet Information Services (IIS version 5.1 or higher)
- SQL Server Express, SQL Server 2000 or higher, on the application server or another remote server. Rommana will prompt to install SQL Server Express 2005, if requested by user
- .Net Framework 3.5
- Disk Space Minimum 1GB
- Memory: minimum 2GB RAM
- IIS ports: The Rommana installer will always try to install Rommana on the default website on your server. Please see Read_Me file for details.
