- All Rommana Licenses include all 8 components of Rommana. These are Requirement Management, Use Case Management, Change Management, Test Management, Issue Management, Project Management, Project Repository, and Reporting Dashboard.
- All Rommana Licenses are for a minimum of 5 users.
- All Rommana Licenses require an additional annual 20% for tech support for the first year. Tech Support is optional after the first year. Tech support includes all updates and unlimited email and online support. To assure quality of service, telephone support is available only on a "call-back" basis.

Only the number of purchased user accounts can be created and can login at any time. The super user can deactivate users and create new users any time.
